Day 01: NJP / IXB – Transfer to Darjeeling
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) /Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and proceed to Darjeeling — “The Queen of Hills” (approx. 70 km / 3 hours). Enjoy the scenic drive through lush tea gardens and winding mountain roads. On arrival, check in at the hotel and spend the evening at leisure exploring the local market or Mall Road. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 02: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early morning, around 4:00 AM, drive to Tiger Hill (8,500 ft) to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, proceed for **Darjeeling mixed-point sightseeing, covering attractions like Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre and Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda. (Optional: Visit Rock Garden at an additional cost.) Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Day 03: Darjeeling – Lamahatta via Tinchule & Takdah
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Lamahatta, a serene eco-village known for its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings. En route, visit Tinchule View Point and Takdah, famous for its old colonial charm and tea gardens. Arrive at Lamahatta, check in at the homestay/resort, and relax amidst pine forests and prayer flags. Overnight stay at Lamahatta.
Day 04: Lamahatta – NJP / IXB via Mirik
After breakfast, check out and drive back to NJP / IXB. En route, visit Lepchajagat, Gopaldhara Tea Estate, Simana View Point, Pashupati Market (Nepal Border), and the picturesque Mirik Lake. Enjoy boating at Mirik Lake (optional, at your own cost). Later, continue your journey to NJP / Bagdogra for your onward destination. Tour ends with pleasant memories of Darjeeling and Lamahatta.
