• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hill Destinations and its travel partners.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and issuance of confirmation details/tickets.
• We use secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. However, we are not responsible for technical errors or disruptions from third-party payment providers.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, or service provider. Please review the cancellation rules shown during booking.
• Our service/processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed as per the policies of airlines, hotels, or other providers and may take several business days.
• Any change requests (dates, names, itineraries) are subject to availability and provider approval. Additional charges may apply.

5. Travel Insurance & Risks

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover risks like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, or delays. Hill Destinations is not liable for incidents, injuries, damages, or losses during travel unless directly caused by our proven negligence.

6. Passports, Visas & Regulations

• Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, and meeting entry/exit regulations for their destinations.
• Hill Destinations may assist with visa information or processing but cannot guarantee approval or entry permissions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Hill Destinations acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, property damage, or other unforeseen issues beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made with us.

All content on hilldestinations.com — including text, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of Hill Destinations and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
