Day 1: Arrival in Vizag & Local Sightseeing :
Early Morning arrive at Vishakhapatnam (Vizag) and transfer to the hotel. Check-in, relax, and freshen up enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Afternoon proceed for a half-day local sightseeing tour of Vizag, covering the following attractions. Simhachalam Temple, Mari Matha Hill, Dolphin's Nose, Yarada Beach, Light House. Evening: Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Vizag.
Day 2: Explore Vizag (Local & Unexplored Sites) :
After breakfast, embark on a full-day local sightseeing tour of Vizag. Visit the following places of interest Kailashgiri (scenic hilltop park with panoramic views), Bheemili Beach – Enjoy the peaceful coastline, Thotlakonda Hilltop – Visit the Buddhist site and enjoy panoramic views, R.K Beach, Submarine Museum, Aircraft Museum, Visakha Museum, Rama Naidu Studios, Zoo & Vuda Park, Kali Matha Temple, Fishing Harbor and evening Return to the hotel for overnight stay in Vizag.
Day 3: Vizag to Jagdalpur (Train Journey) :
Early Morning: Check out from the hotel and transfer to the railway station enjoy the scenic train journey to Jagdalpur, passing through 40 tunnels, bridges, and lush landscapes. Evening: Arrive in Jagdalpur and transfer to your hotel. Evening at Leisure: Relax and unwind after your journey. Overnight stay in Jagdalpur.
Day 4: Jagdalpur Sightseeing :
After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour Chitrakoot Falls – Visit the “Niagara of India,” a stunning waterfall, Teerth Garh Falls – Another beautiful waterfall, known for its serene surroundings, Kailash Guha (Subject to availability) – Explore the cave associated with Lord Shiva, Bastar Palace – Visit the historic palace and learn about the local royal family. Evening: Return to your resort for overnight stay in Jagdalpur.
Day 5: Jagdalpur to Araku :
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Jagdalpur Railway Station for your onward train journey to Araku. Arrival in Araku: Proceed to your resort from the railway station. Then freshen up and visit the Tribal Museum to understand the culture of the Adivasi tribes of the region. Evening: Relax and unwind in Araku. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 6: Araku to Vizag :
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Vizag by car. En route, enjoy the following Galikonda View Point – Stop for panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Coffee Plantations – Visit the coffee plantations and learn about coffee production. Borra Caves – Explore the limestone caves and their unique formations. Evening arrives in Vizag and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7: Leisure & Shopping in Vizag :
Morning & Afternoon: Spend the day at leisure. You can explore the local markets, enjoy shopping, or indulge in some water sports activities at Rushikonda Beach (own expense). Evening Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Vizag.
Day 8: Departure :
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the railway station for your onward journey.
